Title
Adopt Resolution #25-277, Approving a Development Agreement for Roers at 7979 Sunwood Drive NW
Purpose/Background:
On October 14, 2025, the City Council approved the Site Plan for Roers. Since that date, the Applicant has supplied engineering cost estimates for the site improvements to Staff as part of drafting the Development Agreement. The Development Agreement is standard in its form.

No notification is needed for this action.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with this request are the Applicant's responsibility.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.
