Title:
Adopt Resolution #25-284 Denying a Peddler/Solicitor License
Purpose/Background:
Mr. Jeremy Oreskovich has submitted an application for a Peddler/Solicitor license as a sales representative/contractor for Ace Solid Waste.
Notification:
Applicant has been notified of denial recommendation via email on December 1, 2025 and a USPS mailed letter.
Recommendation:
After completion of the required background investigation, Chief of Police Bluml recommends denial of a peddler/solicitor license for Mr. Jeremy Oreskovich. The basis for the denial recommendation is: Applicant has been previously convicted of Misdemeanor 5th Degree Assault in Anoka County on April 18, 2011 in Court File 02-CR-10-8596.

Adopt Resolution #25-284 Denying a Peddler/Solicitor License for Mr. Jeremy Oreskovich
