Adopt Resolution #26-064 Adopting the Improving the Image of Ramsey Along the Highway 10 Corridor Policy.

At the February 10, 2026, work session, the Council provided consensus to prepare a proactive Code Enforcement plan to help implement the Council's strategic goal of improving the image of Ramsey along the Highway 10 corridor.  The proposed plan addresses the aesthetics of business properties south of the BNSF Railroad, all of which are visible from Highway 10 or one of the frontage roads (including Riverdale Drive and 139th Lane).  Staff will focus on the areas that can be seen from the roadways and customer areas. 

None required to adopt the policy.  Once started, a lot of outreach will be provided to businesses and property owners in the corridor.  

Work under this policy is handled through staff's daily duties.  

Staff recommends adopting the policy.
