Title:
Adopt Resolution #26-072 Approving the Final Plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION
Purpose/Background:
The City Council approved the preliminary plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION at its meeting on February 10, 2026, along with a variance to lot width. The proposed plat is consistent with the approved preliminary plat. Also on the agenda is the public hearing for the easement vacation of an underlying parcel. A Development Agreement outlining development fees and sureties for site improvements will come forward at a future meeting once staff receives cost estimates from the applicant.
Notification:
None required for a final plat.
Funding Source:
All costs associtaed with this project are the responsibility of the applicant.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the final plat.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #26-072 approving the final plat of OSHAUGHNESSY THIRD ADDITION.
