Discuss strategy for responding to and defending the following lawsuit against the City initiated by Keith Allen Kiefer as a Third Party Plaintiff.  The lawsuit is titled "County of Isanti, Plaintiff, v. Keith Allen Kiefer, Defendant and Third Party Plaintiff, v. City of Ramsey, and City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich, in his official capacity and individually." Privileged Discussion and will be Closed to the Public as Allowed by Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, Subd. 3(b).
