Purpose: To approve On-Sale Liquor License, including Sunday sales, for Wolf Entertainment LLC dba Carbone's Pizza & Pub.
Background: Wolf Entertainment LLC dba Carbone's Pizza & Pub has properly applied for an On-Sale liquor license, including Sunday sales, at 6415 Highway 10 NW, Ramsey MN 55303 (formerly Aurelio's). All application fees have been paid.

Notification:
Notice of the public hearing was published in the Anoka County Union Herald on April 3, 2026.
Time Frame/Observations/Alternatives:
A background investigation has been completed and approved by the Police Chief. Once approved by City Council, the application will be submitted to the Department of Public Safety - Alcohol, Gambling Enforcement Division for issuance of the license.
Funding Source:
This case is being handled as part of normal staff duties.
Recommendation:
City staff is recommending approval of an On-Sale Liquor License, including Sunday sales, for Wolf Entertainment LLC dba Carbone's Pizza & Pub.
