Recommendation:
Damon Farber Landscape Architecture has reviewed the work to date for conformity with the plans and specifications, and the city's Parks & Asst. Public Works Director affirms the work was satisfactorily completed and recommends partial payment No. 3 to H+U Construction of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for said project, in the amount of $490,716.35.
