Adopting Resolution #26-111 Authorizing Staff to Explore City's Ability to File Claim Against Governor Walz and Other State Leaders
Purpose/Background:
Mayor Heineman and Councilmember Olson requested this resolution be placed back on this agenda following its removal and non-action from the last meeting's agenda.
Recommendation:
Staff holds no recommendation.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt resolution #26-111 authorizing city staff to explore the City's ability to file a legal claim against Governor Tim Walz and other State leaders for a failure to faithfully execute Minnesota State Law and nonfeasance related to the management of taxpayer money.
