Title:
Adopt Resolution #26-208 Declaring Development Agreement Satisfied and Authorizing Release from Property — Amsterdam Extension Second Addition (8227, 8297, and 8367 Bunker Lake Boulevard NW)
Purpose/Background:
The City has been contacted by Oppidan Incorporated (the "Permittee"), who developed the parcels (8227, 8297, and 8367 Bunker Lake Boulevard and Outlot A; the "Subject Property") within the plat known as AMSTERDAM EXTENSION SECOND ADDITION, with a request to be released from the development agreement. It is not uncommon for a Permittee to request their release from a development agreement, upon verification by the City of Ramsey that all required improvements were constructed per the approved plans. Assuming the City Council adopts Resolution #26-208, the Permittee would be responsible for recording the resolution with the Anoka County Recorder's Office, officially releasing the Subject Property from the development agreement.
City Staff have verified that all requirements and conditions of the development agreement have been satisfied.
City Staff have verified that all requirements and conditions of the development agreement have been satisfied.
Notification:
Notification is not required.
Funding Source:
This request is being handled as part of Staff's normal duties. However, recording costs are the responsibility of the Permittee.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends adopting Resolution #26-208, granting the release from the development agreement.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #26-208 declaring the AMSTERDAM EXTENSION SECOND ADDITION Development Agreement satisfied and authorizing release from Property.
