Title:
Adopt Resolution #26-209 Approving a Development Agreement for LH Road LLC (Wildlife Research)
Purpose/Background:
Over the past several months, the City Council has reviewed and approved several aspects of the complicated Wildlife Research expansion project. The last approval step is the Development Agreement. The proposed Agreement is standard in form. It outlines the sureties to be collected guaranteeing the work both on- and off-site is completed correctly, according to plan, and in a timely manner.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with this project are the responsibility of the applicant.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approving the Development Agreement.
