Title:
Adopt Resolution #26-211 Approving the Final Plat of COR Seven
Purpose/Background:
The proposed minor plat of COR Seven is subdividing two City-owned parcels into one buildable lot for Scooter's Coffee (the conditional use permit review is elsewhere on this agenda) and three outlots. Outlot A is for the shared access roadway shared between O'Reilly, Casey's, and Scooter's, as well as potential future users to the south. Outlot B will be resubdivided at the time of a future development proposal as well as defining the southern edge of the future Veteran's Drive right-of-way. Finally, Outlot C is for the existing storm water management basin along the southern portion of the property.
Notification:
Notification is not required for a minor plat, though notification was provided for the conditional use permit portion of the project for Scooter's Coffee drive-thru for the August 27 Planning Commission meeting.
Funding Source:
Costs of this work are the responsibility of Scooter's as a part of their site entitlements.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the plat of COR Seven.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #26-211 Approving the Final Plat of COR Seven.
