Title:
Adopt Resolution #26-226 Approving a Development Agreement for Harlow Beckett Enterprises (Scooter's Coffee)
Purpose/Background:
Last month, the City Council approved the conditional use permit and minor plat associated with the Scooter's Coffee project. The next step is approval of a Development Agreement outlining platting fees and financial guarantees for site improvements. The proposed Agreement is standard in form.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.
Outcome/Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #26-226 Approving a Development Agreement for Harlow Beckett Enterprises.
