Title

Adopt Resolution #26-264 Approving the 2027-2028 LELS Sergeant Labor Agreement

Purpose/Background:

The current LELS (Law Enforcement Labor Services) Sergeant's labor agreement (union contract) expires on December 31, 2026.

The City of Ramsey has been in negotiations with the Sergeant's union in an effort to settle a two-year contract.
