Susan Huston, Government Affairs, Quad Cities Community Television, has been in contact with staff regarding a new programming format.  The new program will be called "Ramsey, Your Council, Your Community".  This is a working title and the Council may consider other options for the name of the program.

Attached is a calendar with Councilmembers assigned to specific dates.  Ms. Huston recognizes that there will be times that the Council may need to swap dates and noted that their normal policy is that they just move on with the schedule as printed.

The email from Ms. Huston and the schedule for the new program have been forwarded to the City Council via email.  This report is on the agenda for the purpose of discussing the new program format.
