Recap of activities and materials from ICSC Spring Conference

In early May, the development team along with the HRA Chair, the HRA Executive Director, and the management analyst, attended the ICSC ReCON convention. Similar to last year, The COR exhibited in a 20x10 booth as well as attended a number of scheduled meetings with developers, brokers, retailers, and design professionals in the retail and development community.  This is the largest real estate show in the world with over 32,000 real estate professionals in attendance, more than 1 million square feet of exhibition space, and over 1000 companies and 300 municipalities exhibiting.

The general mood of the show was good, with most developers and retailers seeing a positive improvement in both confidence and activity.
