Adopt Ordinance Approving Zoning Amendment for COR THREE

At the July 10th City Council Meeting, approval was given to the Plat entitled 'COR THREE'. The request also included a Zoning Amendment from COR-5 (Parks and Open Space) to COR-4a (Residential) for four (4) single-family lots. The ordinance was introduced to approve the requested Zoning Amendment at that meeting and is now eligible for adoption. A copy of the Staff Report from the July 10th Meeting is included for review and background.

The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Ordinance approving the Zoning Amendment.

As the approved Plat was submitted by the City's Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), review of the request is being handled as part of regular Staff duties.

Motion to waive the City Charter requirement to read the ordinance aloud -AND- adopt the ordinance granting approval of the Zoning Amendment for COR THREE.
