Recommendation:
Civil Engineer II, Leonard Linton inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Dryden Excavating for IP 12-24 2012 Storm Sewer Improvements Divsiion A in the amount of $150,834.89.
Council Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution 12-07-XXX authorizing partial payment to Dryden Excavating, Inc. for IP 12-24 2012 Storm Sewer Improvements Division A in the amount of $150,834.89.
