Schedule Public Hearing to Consider Revoking a Conditional Use Permit for Motor Vehicle Sales at 8175 Riverdale Dr NW; Case of Quality RV

On December 13, 2011, the City Council approved a conditional use permit (the "Permit") for motor vehicle sales in the B-2 Business District for Quality RV (the "Permittee").  City Staff is of the opinion that the Permittee is operating in violation of the terms of the Permit, primarily in regard to exterior storage and display of vehicles.  Staff is requesting that the City Council direct City Staff to send a written notice of the apparent violations to the Permittee and the Property Owner, providing thirty (30) days time to correct the violations and submit a written response to the notice and also to schedule a public hearing for October 9, 2012 to consider revoking the Permit.

Motion to direct Staff to:

1. Notify, in writing, the Property Owner and Permittee of the violations of the Permit and provide thirty (30) days to correct the violations and submit a written response; and
2. Schedule a public hearing for October 9, 2012, to consider revoking the conditional use permit related to motor vehicle sales on the property at 8175 Riverdale Dr NW.
