Recommendation:
The City Engineering Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to North Pine Aggregate Inc. in the amount of $543,428.78.
Council Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #12-08-XXX authorizing partial payment to North Pine Aggregate Inc. for IP 12-20 Armstrong Boulevard & Sunwood Drive Realignment in the amount of $543,428.78.
