Title:
Approve Purchase Agreement for Lot 5, Block 1, COR TWO (Portions may be closed to the public)
Background:
The development team has negotiated and prepared a purchase agreement for Lot 5, Block 1, COR TWO.
This is the first of two sites within The COR that this buyer will place under contract. The Buyer has expressed an interest in getting under construction this fall, so we are presenting the first site for approval to facilitate an October closing and November Construction.

Observations:
Details of the proposed agreement will be sent to HRA members directly prior to the meeting.
Recommendation:
The development team recommends the HRA approve the proposed purchase agreement and direct the development team to execute the agreement, and prepare all documents necessary to close on the sale.
