The attached application is from The Knights of Columbus Council #14984 for exemption from a lawful gambling license to conduct bingo at the Church of St. Katherine Drexel on November 3, 2012, January 26, 2013 and April 20, 2013.
Approval requires nothing more than a motion followed by a letter to the Gambling Control Board, while if the request is denied, a formal resolution would need to be prepared and submitted to the Gambling Control Board.
