Title:
Consider Offer to Purchase Land - Sunwood Drive and Ramsey Boulevard (Portions may be closed to the public)
Background:
At an earlier meeting, the HRA considered an offer from KONA Properties to purchase two sites within The COR. Based on consensus direction, a purchase agreement was prepared for the first site at Sunwood and Armstrong, and subsequently approved.
The development team has prepared the Purchase Agreement for the second parcel at Ramsey Boulevard and Sunwood Drive, and would like the HRA's approval to execute the agreement.
The development team will provide the final agreement via email prior to the meeting, present the terms in detail, and answer any questions the HRA may have.

Recommendation:
The development team recommends the HRA approve the proposed purchase agreement for Lot 1, Block 1, COR FOUR.
