At a work session earlier this evening, the City Council discussed requesting that Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority allocate $236,000 of its 2013 Levy toward The COR development Project.  As part of this request, staff was advised by Karen Skepper, Anoka County, that the City Council should also adopt a resolution of support for the Anoka County HRA's economic development activities.  Attached are the two resolutions for Council approval.
