Demolition of Buildings Located on 8020 147 Ave NW, Update
Background:
Staff received direction at the September regular EDA meeting to recommend to the City Council the demolition of buildings and site clean up of 8020 147th Ave NW. Specifically, the selection of Sauter & Son's INC as the contractor. The City Council approved the EDA recommendation on September 25. Staff is working to execute the contract now. Demolition is set to begin on October 17.
