Title:
Consider a Resolution Ending the Probation Period of the Management Analyst
Background:
On April 24, 2011 the City Council authorized the hiring of Patrick Brama as the city's Management Analyst. Mr. Brama began working as the Management Analyst on May 9, 2012 and was subject to a 6-month probation. Mr. Brama will have successfully completed the required 6-month probation as of November 9, 2012 and the City Administrator recommends retaining him as the city's regular full-time Management Analyst.
Recommendation:
To approve resolution 12-10-XXX which, upon City Council approval, removes Mr. Patrick Brama probation as of November 9, 2012 and retains him as the regular full-time Management Analyst.
Funding Source:
There is no additional funding required for this action.
Council Action:
Motion to approve resolution 12-10-XXX which confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to remove Mr. Patrick Brama from probation as of November 9, 2012 and retain him as a regular full-time Management Analyst.
