Adopt Resolution #12-10-XXX Identifying the terms of Sale of Outlot A Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition - This item was removed from the Consent Agenda.

On August 28, 2012 the City Council adopted Ordinance #12-13 which authorized the sale of Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition.  That Ordinance provided that the council would subsequently adopt a resolution identifying the consideration and terms of sale.  At the time this Ordinance was adopted, the Council will recall that this issue was discussed.  This small parcel was originally intended for use as a monument/sign location for the former Ramsey Town Center plat.  With the replatting of the various parcels to create the COR Two it is necessary to replat this parcel along with the various Sunwood Drive Street vacations which Council has previously approved.  It is proposed that this parcel be conveyed to Sophia Ramsey, LLC in consideration for an access lost by Sophia Ramsey as a result of the platting and Sunwood Drive realignment.  Staff recommends adoption of a resolution describing the consideration and terms as above identified.
