Title:
City Owned RALF Properties, Leasable Space Update
Background:
The City of Ramsey owns a number of properties located on the north side of Highway 10. Said properties were purchased with MN RALF monies (Revolving Acquisition Loan Fund). The purpose of said acquisitions is to prepare for the future alignment of Highway 10, to the north.
Management of RALF properties is a function that is carried out by the City's Management Analyst, Finance and Maintenance Staff. Recently, the City has spent a considerable amount of time managing RALF properties as leases have ended and nearby properties have changed ownership.
Staff would like to update the EDA on two areas of activity:
--6701, 6745, Pro Power, Vacant Land (four properties)
--Former Holiday Station
