Title:
Approve Contract for Design Services - Sunwood Retail
Background:
As part of a previous case, if the HRA moves to proceed with the development of the Sunwood Retail area, there are a number of design and construction related items necessary to complete the work.
Observations:
Attached is a work order outlining the construction documents, specifications, construction staking, and construction administration costs associated with the project.
Recommendation:
Based on discussion in previous items, if the HRA chooses to proceed with the development, the development team recommends the HRA proceed with the work outlined in the attached work order, and direct staff to execute the agreement.
Funding Source:
Future Land Sales
Council Action:
Approve Work Order number RAM12025 for $58,100 and direct staff to execute the agreement and proceed with the effort outlined.
