- Event Flyer was sent to the City's business list (about 200 addresses)
- Event Flyer and cover letter was sent to the top 50 business list
- All three speakers are secured
- Food is secured (75 meals)
- Venue is secured
- 30 RSVPs as of 10/31/2012
