Consider Purchase of Property having an Anoka County Property Identification Number (PIN) of 28-32-25-43-0007. Portions of this Case Discussion will be closed to the Public.
Background:
The banks have extended the "solicitation of offers" period for the property in question and staff would like to have a discussion with the City Council about whether the previous offer of the City is still on the table. Portions of this discussion may be closed to the public.
