Title:
Attorney-Client Privileged Discussion regarding the pending Isanti County District Court lawsuit titled "County of Isanti, Plaintiff, vs. Keith Kiefer, Defendant, vs. City of Ramsey and City Administrator, Kurtis Ulrich, in his official capacity and individually, Third Party Defendants."
Background:
The City Council will meet with its legal council to discuss the pending case. The City Council last discussed this matter in a closed meeting on November 27, 2012. Since that date additional information has been obtained which the LMCIT attorney would like to present to the Council in a closed meeting session.
This is an Attorney-Client Privileged Discussion and this portion of the meeting will be Closed to the Public as Allowed by Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.015, Subd. 3(b) in order to discuss litigation strategy regarding this pending lawsuit.
