Title:
Discussion Regarding 2013 Union Contract Negotiations for AFSCME, LELS-Patrol and LELS-Sergeants (Discussion Closed to the Public)
Background:
Per Minnesota Statutes 13D.03, staff is requesting that the City Council go into closed session to discuss a labor negotiations strategy for the City’s three contracts. Staff has met with all three groups and will provide the City Council with an update at the meeting.
Recommendation:
For the City Council to provide staff with a suggested course of action for moving ahead with the 2013 contract negotiations.
