Recommendation:
The City Engineer Technician IV inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to North Pine Aggregates, Inc. for IP 12-20; CSAH 83 (Armstrong Blvd) - Sunwood Drive in the amount of $39,838.14.
Council Action:
