Outstanding Title Issues (Portions of this discussion may be closed to the public)
Background:
Over the past 18 months, the Development Management (DM) Team has been working to resolve a number of title issues that would be considered problematic when contemplating the disposition of the HRA property. Many of these have been cleared up since we began this effort; however several remain. The DM Team would like some direction on a couple of issues. This cases was posted as portions closed to the public.
