Title:
Review Renewal of Development Management Agreement
Background:
The Development Management (DM) contract will expire on March 31, 2011, thus completing the first year of Development Management Services. Staff would like to begin the discussion of renewal of the Development Management contract and receive feedback from the HRA regarding issues or terms they would like to have addressed in the renewal of the contract. Staff has recently forwarded two amendments to the HRA for approval; they are both attached for HRA reference, as well as the DM contract.
Attached to this case is the DM contract, and previously approved first and second amendments.

Recommendation:
Review and consider terms for renewal DM contract.
Funding Source:
DM Fees are paid from land sale proceeds.
Council Action:
Provide direction to staff regarding terms and renewal of DM contract.
