Review of Franchise Fee Information
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to review miscellaneous information related to the proposed energy utility franchise fees and ordinances prior to continuing the franchise and franchise fee ordinance introductions at tonight's regular City Council meeting.
Topics of discussion may include Public Hearing comments and responses, outcomes of the special October 21st Charter Commission meeting, optional franchise fee rate structures, and rebate program options.
