Title
Adopt Resolution #14-01-023 Granting Final Plat Approval of O'Shaugnessy Addition; Case of Tim O'Shaugnessy
Purpose/Background:
On the January 28, 2014, the City Council approved the O'Shaugnessy Addition, a one (1) lot minor subdivision. The action was to approve Resolution #14-01-023, however that Resolution was inadvertently not attached to the case. The intent of this case is to affirm the adoption of the Resolution, which is now attached to this case.
Notification:
Notification is not required at this time.
Observations/Alternatives:
The topic report from the January 28, 2014 City Council Meeting is incorporated by reference to this case. Please refer to the January 28, 2014 City Council Case for detailed review. A copy of the approved Plat is also attached for your information.
Funding Source:
Re-affirming the previous adoption of the resolution is being handled as part of normal Staff duties.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the City Council re-affirm the adoption of Resolution #14-01-023, now attached to the case.
Action:
Motion to re-affirm the adoption of Resolution #14-01-023, now attached to the case.
