Title:
Strategic Plan Update
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: The purpose of this item is to review a status report with the City Council re the Strategic Plan.
Background: The strategic Plan document calls for a regular reporting on the status of plan, and where we are at in regard to accomplishing the work plan.
A new format has been developed using "traffic light indicators" to show where each of the 70+ work plan items are in the process (see attached). A quick glance will indicate, by color, whether an item is inactive (red), in process (yellow), or completed (green).
