Title:
Consider Letter of Interest from Affordable Housing Developer
Purpose/Background:
Staff recently received a Letter of Interest from a regional affordable housing developer for development of Parcel #52; located in the SE quadrant of Bunker Lake Blvd. and Town Center Drive. Potions may be closed to the public per MN Statute 13D.05 Subd. 3. Parcel #52 is identified in the attachment entitled "Subject Property".
Recommendation:
Staff recommends moving into closed session per the above referenced MN Statute to discuss the LOI
Action:
Motion to move into closed session to discuss LOI
