Title:
Resolution 14-05-092 Approving Sale of Real Property to CommonBond Communities
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to approve Resolution 14-05-092 Approving Sale of Real Property Owned by The Ramsey HRA of The City of Ramsey to CommonBond Communities.
On May 13th the Ramsey HRA moved to enter into a Purchase Agreement with CommonBond Communities for the development of an affordable housing complex to be located at OUTLOT A, COR ONE; directly west of The Residence of The COR and east of Coborns. This Resolution formally approves the sale of the property.
