Discussion with Metropolitan Council Representative Ed Reynoso and Sector Representative Annalee Garletz

The purpose of this topic is an opportunity to open a dialog regarding regional planning issues with Metropolitan Council policy makers and staff. The City of Ramsey is located within the Metropolitan Council District #9 represented by Edward Reynoso. The City's primary staff contact for regional planning at the Metropolitan Council is Sector Representative Annalee Garletz, a recent addition to the Metropolitan Council Staff.

Consistent with our responses to the draft regional policy plans, Staff intends to highlight the following key topics.
 

1. Transportation (Highway 10, Highway 47)
2. Water Supply
3. Transit Oriented Development Policies and Standards (market relevance)
4. Regional Parks Alternative Alignment Studies
