Background:
Council will reconsider Bialon/RALF purchase agreement by considering a counteroffer to the purchase agreement. The subject parcels are located at 7551 Highway #10 NW and are Anoka County PIN's 29-32-25-31-0004 and 28-32-25-31-0007. Portions of this discussion may be closed to the public pursuant to Minnesota Statute 13D.05, Subd. 3.
