Staff is requesting Council declare the following property surplus and authorize sale of same:

7-Goodyear Eagle RS-A 235/50R18 tires. 
5-Goodyear Eagle RS-A 265/60R17 tires.  
1-Jotto Desk center console for a Ford F-150 pickup.
1-Precision center console for a Ford Crown Victoria.
1-Precision adjustable computer dock and center console for a Ford Crown Victoria.
2-Precision sight line console for a Ford Crown Victoria.

The factory tires for Chevrolet Caprices (Goodyear) were removed for winter rated tires which the police department uses year round.  The various center consoles and computer docks were removed from decommissioned Ford squad cars and cannot be reused in the new Chevrolet squad cars.  Other city departments were contacted and have no use for any of these items.

All items that fail to sell at auction will be recycled.

Motion to declare the above mentioned items as surplus and authorize the sale/auction of same.
