Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Recommendation:
The Engineering Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Douglas-Kerr Underground LLC for IP Project #14-24; Center Street Improvements - Sunwood Drive to Ramsey Parkway in the amount of $205,415.89.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #14-11-239 authorizing partial payment to Douglas-Kerr Underground LLC for IP 14-24; Center Street Improvements - Sunwood Drive to Ramsey Parkway in the amount of $205,415.89.
