Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To adopt resolutions formally recognizing former Councilmembers Backous and Tossey for their service to the City of Ramsey.
Background: Mayor Strommen and City Administrator Ulrich will present former Councilmembers Backous and Tossey with certificates of appreciation for their service as Councilmembers for the City of Ramsey. This case is to formally adopt these resolutions for public record.
