Title:
Status Report Regarding Highway 10 Legislation
Purpose/Background:
City legislative consultant Elwyn Tinklenberg will provide an update and discuss the City's current legislative efforts in regard to Highway 10 at the work session on March 10.
Timeframe:
Due to the fact that the 5:30 to 7:00 pm timeframe is full with commission interviews, staff recommends that the work session be recessed (prior to 7:00 pm) for the regular meeting, and then reconvened following the regular meeting to allow the Council to finish discussion of commissioner appointments, and to discuss the status of Highway 10 legislation with Mr. Tinklenberg.
