Adopt Resolution #15-05-125 Authorizing Partial Payment to North Valley Inc for IP 14-27; Mississippi River Trail Phase 2
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Recommendation:
The Engineering Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to North Valley, Inc. for IP 14-27; Mississippi River Trail Phase 2 in the amount of $2,061.41.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #15-05-125 authorizing partial payment to North Valley, Inc. for IP 14-27; Mississippi River Trail Phase 2 in the amount of $2,061.41.
