Title
Adopt Resolution #15-07-181 Approving Partial Payment to Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Requests are Attached.
Recommendation:
BKV Group, Inc., the project manager hired by the City, has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payments to Brennan Construction of MN for IP #14-30, Fire Station #2, in the amounts of $84,423.65 and $106,875.00 for a total of $191,298.65.
Action:
Motion to Adopt Resolution #15-07-181 Approving Partial Payment to Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2
