Purpose/Background:
Purpose: Approve Temporary Construction Easement Related to Garnet Street Reconstruction Project
Background: In summary, this temporary easement allows the general contractor for the Garnet Street Reconstruction project (Kuechle Underground) to utilize a nearby City owned property for storage of fill (sand). This easement runs with the term of the overarching contract awarded to Kuechle Underground for the Garnet Street project.
This agreement has been reviewed by our Engineering Department and the City Attorney.
