Title:
Update Regarding Nuisance Code Enforcement Activities at 6545 Highway 10 NW
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to review the status of Code Enforcement activities for 6545 Highway 10 NW known as Oak Terrace Estates. This topic was requested by the City Council for Work Session review.
The City has received an increase in the number of code complaints for this property over the past several years. Complaints include, but are not limited to, condition of structure, vacant structure, garbage removal, and off-street parking concerns. Staff continues to work with management of the property to gain compliance. A number of key issues have been resolved, and management continues to progress in clean up.
Staff will provide a more detailed update to the City Council at the meeting.
